Tokyo Game Show 2011, Sony unveiled an interesting feature of PS Vita: Function Remote .
This feature would allow you to play PS3 games on our laptop, provided that the PlayStation 3 was turned on and close. Killzone 3 had been chosen to show this feature in the show.
But shortly before the release of the console, Sony explicitly that not all games released on the PS3 so far would be compatible. The firm explained that several technical problems prevented the full compatibility. Furthermore, at present, very few games are compatible with Remote Play. Even Killzone 3 does not work.
But where is the problem exactly? Obviously, Sony. In any case, a user has successfully run several PS3 titles Vita PS connecting a PS3 to a CFW.
The technique consists of connecting the PS Vita to the PS3 like a mobile phone, and not as a console (the 3.55 CFW does not support the functionality associated with PSVita). Therefore, we can simulate a distance PSVita use and navigate with the laptop in the PS3 XMB. You can start the application Multimar and finally, run a backup of the game. The technique is not effective when it comes to launching a Blu-ray.
The user has discovered, called Homer49 has published a series of videos that show some PS3 titles running on PS Vita. These videos allow us to discover that, among other buttons L2, R2, L3 and R3 are not replaced defined areas of the touch screen.
