nathan_r32_69 comes a tool called PS3 PS3 PUP / dev_flash File Spoofer v3 Tool .

This toolkit allows users to spoof the files needed for a PUP or dev_flash files.

CMD does not work on Windows, is designed for use in Cygwin and Ubuntu.
